How do we manage employee expenses?

Your staff should upload all expenses to Receipt Bank using their own Receipt Bank account:

  • use your personal account for expenses to be reimbursed

Username: the employees work email address Password: (this will be provided to the employee)

  • via personal email address for personal expenses to be reimbursed

Email to: yourname@receiptbank.me

  • via app or uploaded from your computer using your personal account
  • via dropbox integration
  • Please note – It takes 24 hours to process expenses in Receipt Bank

Employees will need to ensure all receipts are uploaded on an ongoing basis. We set a deadline for this to happen by the 15th of every month. The employee needs to create an expense report and send it to an approver. The approver will "approve" the expense report (by the 17th) and we will put those expenses on payroll.
